Position Description: Purpose: •Provides chemical dependency counseling and c case management services to patients on the O Opioid Treatment program. • Maintains patient files in compliance with C County, State and Federal regulations. •Assists in the operation of the Opioid T Treatment program dosing clinic, with a S Saturday rotation. •This position will also coordinate services w with individuals who are currently residing i in Spokane County Detention.

Qualifications: Required Minimum Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Alcohol/Drug studies, S Social Work, Public Health or closely r related field. •An equivalent combination of education, e experience, and professional certification m may be considered provided the individual's b background demonstrates the knowledge, s skills and abilities required for the p position. •Two (2) years of experience in the sub substance abuse field or related program fie field.

Required Licenses/Certifications: •Active valid license to practice as a C Chemical Dependency Professional (CDP) in t the State of Washington
