Position Description: |
Provide and manage health education programs that target families with children who identify as deaf or hard of hearing. Serve as a point of contact to assist individuals, other healthcare workers, or the community and administer resources for health education programs. Other duties include creating public health educational material; this includes brochures, flyers, surveys, etc. Additional opportunities for publication are included as literature reviews will be a necessary part of internship.

Qualifications: |
Current MPH or Health Education & Health Promotion graduates. MSW also are encouraged to apply. This is an unpaid internship. However, this is an excellent opportunity for networking and gaining experience within a State Department. We will also honor credit/practicum requirements if your school offers it.
