Position Description: Emory University Rollins School of Public Health Office of Career Development seeks an Employer Relations Operations Manager, in collaboration with the Associate Director of Employer Relations and Recruitment, to develop, evaluate and implement all employer recruitment and outreach efforts for the masters-level program of the school. The sco scope of responsibilities includes the fol following:

Provide regular and consistent progress r reports to Assistant Dean of Career D Development and Associate Director of E Employer Relations and Recruitment of Career D Development and other senior stakeholders; e ensuring measurable results are communicated t to the wider School community. Ensure effective use of recruiting related technology and systems – C3M, Han Handshake, to coordinate and manage com communications and events registration; and use use available system tools to produce eff effective reporting. Engage existing employer relationship an and expand employer outreach to meet the de demand of a growing graduate student po population. Partner with Associate Director of E Employer Relations and Recruitment to m manage, plan and evaluate recruitment events i including 2 Career Fairs, on campus r recruiting events, Community Advisory Board, y yearlong mentoring program, professional d development series. Partner with Associate Director of Employer Relations and Recruitment to plan and execute campus and office interviews. This may include creating interview schedules, and developing supporting materials, work with office manager to secure interview space and catering, greeting employers and students. Work with student ambassadors and part-time graduate s student assistant. Collaborate with colleagues across the school, including the departmental academic advisory, international student affairs, admissions and recruitment (REAL program), alumni affairs staff of RSPH (and Emory University), faculty and alumni to assist in establishing the direction and priorities for employee recruitment.

Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree and two years of on-campus or business/industry recruiting experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

An advanced degree in public health (MPH/MSPH), higher education administration or a related field is preferred. A minimum of two years of employee recruitment experience in a fast campus or business/industry recruiting experie experience or an equivalent combination of educati education, training and experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

An advanced degree in public health ( (MPH/MSPH), higher education administration o or a related field is preferred. A minimum of two years of employee recruitment experience in a fast –pace, dyna dynamic higher education environment. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple pri priorities and shift through projects qui quickly without sacrificing quality Exceptional communication skills as ex expressed in presentation style and writing. Demonstrated success and experience in s strategic planning and data driven decision m making. Knowledge of C3M, HandShake, VMock, In Interview Stream, Career Fair App, Survey Mo Monkey for managing career development re recruitment events. Technical proficiency in MS Office, i including Word, EXCEL and Power Point. Demonstrated experience collaborating with internal teams and effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams a and developing partnerships with internal a and external stakeholders (employers). Outstanding client services focus and experience working with employers from federal, state and local government, not-for p profit organizations, healthcare systems, a academic clients and private industry. Outstanding event management skills, particularly with large-scale event (120+ participants or more) and student group partner events.
