Position Description: The Research Study Coordinator, Senior will be responsible for coordinating and completing the day to day administrative and technical activities involved in a new Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) HIV Prevention Demonstration grant funded through the Chicago Department of Public Health (CDPH). This program aims to adapt and implement a de-identified data sharing tool to merge multiple HIV program data sources to inform and improve coordination across multiple HIV programs in order to ensure access to, and continuity of, prevention and care services.

Qualifications: Required: Education: Successful completion of a full 4-year course of study in an accredited college or university leading to a bachelor's or higher degree; OR appropriate combination of education and experience. Experience: 2 years research study experience or other relevant public health research or program management; Excellent writing and verbal skills; Proficient in in software to assist in organizing projects like Microsoft Teams, Slack, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook); Ability to work well with colleagues at different locations and across different disciplines. Preferred: Public health program planning and implementation. Competencies: Able to work in a team environment; Able to work with minimum supervision and guidance; Ability to receive and benefit from feedback; Willingness to expand skill set; Ability to write scientifically for dissemination activities.

Organization Description: The Bridges Program is housed in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences in Northwestern University’s Feinberg School of Medicine ( Bridges develops innovative implementation research methods to foster partnerships between community, service delivery, and research expressly addressing health and equity.
