Associate Director of Primary Care is a leadership role with direct authority over department level decision-making regarding policy development, standardization of network protocols, Quality Assurance, Infection Control, Clinical Staff Training, Care Coordination, Continuous Quality Improvement priorities, and other issues influencing the experience of clinicians at FPCN. The Associate Director (AD) works with primary care staff across all sites to maintain quality standards of care, coordinate staff onboarding and training, and monitor and track clinical and care coordination activities to improve outcomes and quality performance. Management and super supervision of Practice Managers at each prima primary care site
•-Coordinates, with input from Director of Prima Primary Care, trainings for clinical staff inclu including nurse practitioners, registered nurse nurses, medical assistants, PSRSs, and other integ integrated care team members
Quality Assurance/ Lab/ Vaccines
•-Ensures standards of patient care through Quali Quality Assurance audits of laboratory and clini clinical areas, monitors quality control testi testing, provides staff training as neces necessary related to quality assurance
Infection Control/ OSHA
•-Ensure all FPCN sites have training, knowledge of, knowledge of, and copies of the Infection prevention and prevention and control policy and procedures.
Support Quality Improvement processes, power cycles, and cycles, and support network improvement initiatives initiatives and quality measure goals.
Report staff and clinical concerns to Director Director of Primary Care. Routine supervis supervision meetings with Director of Primary Primary Care to facilitate smooth communic communication and promote excellence in patient patient care services offered across FPCN sites.
Strive to promote health equity for all patien patients served across the life course.
Attends department head meetings and other lead leadership meetings as requested by Medical Dire Director and/or Executive Director.
Exhibits impeccable customer service and ut utilizes consummate professional co communication at all times
Collaborate across disciplines and departments to coordinate holistic patient care and to promote a trauma-informed culture of health equity and anti-racism.
Prform audits and review of clinical staff in collab in collaboration with Director of Primary Care.
Assist in developing/refining interview rubric rubrics, conducting interviews and hiring of nursin nursing staff.
Participate in continuing education act activities that will enhance management and adm administrative knowledge and skills and con contribute to professional growth and lea leadership abilities.
Perform other duties as assigned.
