The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's Center for State, Tribal, Local and Territorial Support (CSTLTS) supports cross-agency activities and efforts to improve public health at the state, tribal, local and territorial levels.
CSTLTS is in need of a Program Analyst for Partnership Development, Stakeholder Management, and Issues Management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop, plan, and support high priority, high profile meetings/events/calls, including agendas, logistics, and feedback/evaluation activities Develop, disseminate, and track high priority, high profile meeting and call invitations and calendar appointments Oversee the VIP visitor clearance and escorting process Lead meeting management and logistics (including scheduling) Oversee all aspects of VIP travel process and logistics (working closely with the CSTLTS Management and Operations Unit) Develop and implement meeting/event marketing and promotion Conduct materials research, development, input/review/clearance coordination, packaging and distribution Develop talking point and conduct background/background document research, development, and dissemination Develop, disseminate meeting summaries and minutes; track, and coordinate follow up on and completion of action items Manage project/activity/task/request coordination and collaboration SUPERVISORY/MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY
No supervisory or management authority EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred with 3 – 5 years of experience developing communications and marketing strategies. Degree in Business, Public Health, Communications or related field. Previous experience with CDC and/or CSTLTS travel programs, policies, procedures, and communication activities highly required CONCUR Experience Required Calendar Management Experience Required Microsoft Excel Experience Required – (Expert) KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Work is conducted in a climate controlled office environment. The environment may require prolonged sitting, prolonged standing, and light lifting up to 20 lbs.
