South Asia Program and FinancialCompliance Officer: The International Grants & Contracts Department at theCampaign for Tobacco-Free Kids (CTFK) and Global Health Advocacy Incubator(GHAI) is growing!  We are currently lookingfor a Program and Financial Compliance Officer (PFCO)  that will beresponsible for managing a portfolio of grants to South Asia.  The PCFO’sprimary duties include, but are not limited to,  reviewing grantapplications; coordinating the grant negotiation process; and monitoringgrantee performance  throughout the life of the grant.  This position willalso require provision of technical assistance and financial oversight tograntees. Qualifications: MPH, MPA, grants management experience preferred, international experience
