Position Description: he CDC Foundation is seeking a Clinical Program Manager who will provide oversight for programmatic and administrative functions statewide which include planning and coordinating new and continuing program development activities related to COVID surge capacity for clients with behavioral health disorders. This position will serve as lead over COVID response for the Clinical Services Branch at DPBH and will support COVID prevention and intervention within the units and hospitals. Additionally, the Clinical Program Manager will also oversee and support the other projects related to COVID that affect the Clinical Services Branch (ex: ELC supplemental grants related to confinement facilities and those experiencing homelessness). This position will evaluate and assess programs objectives; assessing resources needed to implement project; ensure compliance with applicable laws, licensure, and funding requirements; develop and/or implement performance indicators and reporting mechanisms; project program revenues and expenditures; develop training modules and conduct training; and work with state personnel and community partners to determine new or existing client needs with the purpose to support clinical programming and planning at DPBH.

This position is located in Las Vegas, Nevada and will be working part time in the office part time telecommuting for the foreseeable future. CDC Foundation retains the right to make adjustments to this as required. Evaluate and assess program objectives; assessing resources needed to implement project Ensure compliance with applicable laws, licensure, and funding requirements Develop and/or implement performance indicators and reporting mechanisms Project program revenues and expenditures Develop training modules and conducting training; working with state personnel and community partners to determine new or existing client needs Supervise professional and administrative staff, managing staff that are direct reports located in various locations Keep abreast of and develop specialized knowledge of significant COVID-19 related datasets Work closely with the Infection Control staff to improve knowledge of COVID, data reporting and outreach Work closely with vendor to acquire needed equipment, supplies and logistics management Track and evaluate efforts for continuous improvement Develop and submit written reports on statistical data and project implementation Ability to travel to various locations

Qualifications: Master's degree from an accredited college or university in clinical psychology, clinical social work, counseling, or similar education and or experience related to responsibilities Two years of experience in a human service delivery setting, one of which included supervision of professionals in the option(s) identified above Demonstrated ability to create strategies that are evidence-informed to achieve behavioral or public health objectives Demonstrated ability to identify and engage partners and stakeholders, and foster new or current partnerships with national organizations and state and federal agencies), and conducting advocacy, outreach, and community engagement activities Experience working in a fast-paced work environment with tight deadlines Experience in preparing, reviewing, and submitting progress reports Ability to manage relationships professionally with individuals at all levels, including staff and external partner organization contacts Driven; motivated to succeed; a self-starter Preferred Qualifications Behavioral science or public health training or experience Previous work on communication efforts to reach priority audiences Verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish Previously worked on COVID-19 mitigation or vaccination efforts Previous experience working in multicultural workplaces and settings
