Manages a specialized program within Pima County by developing program policies and objectives and representing the program within the local community. A "Program" is a single, specific purpose/activity and is ancillary to the main function of the organization. Typically, the longevity and funding of a "program" are subject to internal and external factors.

Minimum Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in a program-related field, as defined by the appointing authority at the time of recruitment and four years of professional level experience in coordinating, monitoring, administering or managing program or specialized work unit activities. (Relevant professional level experience and/or education from an accredited college or university may be substituted.)

1.Experience managing administrative or operations staff. 2.Experience managing motor pool/fleet, warehousing, ITD, or other support services. 3.Experience creating reports and tracking documents suitable for dissemination to leadership. 4.Experience supervising professional and non-professional staff. 5.Experience in progressive responsibility and complexity in job duties (supervision, programs, etc.)
