Position Description: The Hourly Project Assistant (Human Resources – Recruitment) will assist the Recruitment Team in Health Research, Inc.’s Human Resources Department, located within the Corporate Office. The incumbent will play an important role in assisting to ensure a fair and consistent selection and hiring process by thoroughly reviewing a high volume of candidate resumes and applications. The incumbent will also serve as a liaison to hiring programs regarding routine recruitment requests. It is anticipated that the incumbent in this hourly position would work up to 37.5 hours/week for approximately 12 weeks, and up to 20 hours/week thereafter.

Hourly rate: commensurate with experience.

Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent and one year of personnel, administrative, or other closely related experience.

This position requires that the incumbent will report to the official work location and live within commuting distance to the official work location. Telecommuting will not be available.

Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a human resources department; experience working within a recruitment team or working on recruitment activities; proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook and Word; experience with Adobe Acrobat; demonstrated experience providing customer service.
