Position Description: Responsibilities Health Research, Inc.’s (HRI) Human Resources Department is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join a team of talented HR professionals. The Human Resources Manager will play a lead role as part of the team that provides recruitment program oversight and support to HRI and the programs it serves. This individual will be responsible for managing and serving as a lead recruiter for the recruiting lifecycle for a high volume of job requisitions, from the job application process through onboarding, providing the utmost customer service and guidance to staff throughout the process. HRI is in the midst of an implementation to a new enterprise system, Workday, and this is an exciting opportunity for the HR Manager and the team to develop and implement new and improved recruiting processes. The incumbent will also be responsible for providing oversight of reporting activities such as EEO-1, VETS4212, AAP and will contribute toward the preparation of compensation related reports. The incumbent will take the lead in the review and coordination of work visas and immigrant petitions and will perform other appropriate related duties. The position will be located at HRI’s Corporate Office, in Menands, NY. HRI offers hybrid telecommuting arrangements.

Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field and three years of relevant experience; OR an Associate's degree in a related field and five years of relevant experience; OR seven years of relevant experience. This position requires that the incumbent will report to the official work location and live within commuting distance to the official work location. Telecommuting may not be available. If telecommuting is available, the incumbent will be required to have a telephone/mobile device, and internet access.
