Position Description: |
This Data Coordinator is responsible for working with primary care practices for successful implementation of evidence based interventions, population health strategies, and quality improvement activities to establish organized approaches to cancer screenings within clinical settings. This position is responsible for managing and cultivating relationships, assessing clinical workflow and processes, using practice facilitation, and coaching to drive quality improvements related to increased cancer screenings.

Qualifications: |
Must have a Bachelor's degree in public health, epidemiology, biostatistics, social science, or related fields and four years professional level experience evaluating public health or community programs, knowledge of and experience working in cancer control, experience working with clinical data, and experience with grant and/or scientific writing. A master's degree in related fields with one year work experience may substitute the required experience.
