| Position Description: |
This is engineering work performing technical assignments in design, reviewing plans and specifications; inspecting facilities; investigating problem areas; or performing other comparable field, office, or laboratory work. Checks plans and specifications of proposed remedial action construction projects. Oversees remedial action construction projects and recommends final acceptance of projects. Petroleum cleanup site manager. Manages the performance of contamination assessment, remedial action, and monitoring activities for state-funded rehabilitation projects and non-program petroleum discharges under contract with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) Petroleum Restoration Program (PRP), and under the requirements of Chapter 62-780, Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.).
