| Position Description: |
The HEAL Initiative recruits US-trained physicians from various specialties (IM, FM, Med-Peds, Peds, OBGYN, Psychiatry, Surgery, Anesthesiology) who are passionate about global health equity.
The 2-year fellowship immerses fellows at partner organizations aiding the underserved in both the US and an International site. Half of the HEAL fellows are US physicians, and half are fellows from our partner sites, creating an incredibly diverse professional training community.

| Qualifications: |
- Physicians who have completed an accredited residency program at a US institution (or will have completed by July 2024) - Be licensed to practice medicine in the US - Have a US passport or green card (unfortunately this is the case until we have a better immigration policy!) - Committed to social justice and health equity - Individuals from underrepresented communities are especially encouraged to apply
