Position Description: - Serve as primary facilitator of written and verbal information flow between project members (internal and external), sponsors, and other stakeholders. Coordination of project-related activities with funding sponsors.

- Track project timelines and deliverables; contribute to completion of deliverables.

- Assist with research tasks, to include data collection and organization of data, enrollment of participants in research.

- Assist with preparation of reports, presentations, and publications.

- Assist with research compliance, to include IRB submissions, audit inquiries, etc.

Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree Life or Health Sciences highly desired.

- Minimum of 2-4 years’ experience required

- Prior experience in research and/or implementation project coordination

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)

- Familiarity with research methodology, protocols, and Institutional Review Board processes

- Experience in planning and executing meetings with multiple partners

- Basic knowledge/skills in data entry, analysis, and visualization

- Highly organized; capable of prioritizing and completing tasks for multiple projects within provided timelines

- Prior experience with complex project management highly desired

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet multiple and sometimes conflicting deadlines

- Ability to interact in an appropriate and professional manner

- Demonstrated cooperative behavior and positive-problem solving and conflict resolution skills

Organization Description: The Lundquist Institute for Biomedical Innovation is a 501(c)3 independent non-profit biomedical research organization that was founded in 1952. The Institute has over more than 120 principal investigators and 400 researchers in total — MD’s, MD/PhD’s, and PhD’s — working on 600 research studies. Our investigators are academically affiliated with UCLA and work in partnership with the Harbor-UCLA Medical Center. Our research is funded by many sources including: grants from the NIH and other government entities, Industry and teaching contracts and royalties, as well as private donors and other non-profit foundations.
