Job Functions • Manage incoming inquiries on existing data feeds by answering questions, troubleshooting, and resolving open issues • Increase technical understanding overall and regarding STC connections by proactively reviewing resources and conducting research as needed • Formulate well documented descriptions of all issues and resolutions in the STC ticketing system • Identify and implement strategies to improve resolution times • Contribute to the knowledge base as needed • Manage client expectations and ensure customer satisfaction through proactive follow-up, responsiveness, and thorough communication • Take ownership of your work and manage competing priorities • Participate in internal process improvement with your team and with leadership • Participate in informal internal training and mentoring as part of ongoing team improvement • Use collaborative leadership and problem-solving expertise to ensure appropriate identification and follow-up of client needs • Utilize and create documents and deliverables necessary for providing exceptional services and ensuring clear communication • Participate meetings to ensure awareness of network activities and changes
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • Ability to work with non-technical clients to gather business requirements and translate into technical specifications. • Must be able to rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities. • Must have basic knowledge of HL7. • Working knowledge of healthcare industry, healthcare IT, health information exchange (HIE), electronic medical records (EMR), population health, • Must possess excellent communication, leadership, problem solving, and analytical skills. • Great attention to detail and ability to handle competing priorities • Ability to manage multiple client issues simultaneously required. • Must have exceptional customer relations skills and a commitment to excellent customer service. • Excellent analytical abilities: able to dig into complex processes and data to help resolve issues • Outstanding communication, organizational and interpersonal skills with both a technical and non-technical audience. Customer Service focused. • Ability to evaluate and solve complex problems and issues. • Ability to work with many different stakeholders and subject matter experts from different backgrounds (clinical, business, technical) • Take pride in delivering quality data that meets the client and end-user's needs • Demonstrated ability to work well on a diverse team • Understanding of Healthcare Integrations via experience or education, required
