Position Description: The University of Rochester Clinical and Translational Science Institute (CTSI) is now accepting applications for the 1-year NIH- funded CTSI Population Health Research Postdoctoral Fellowship Program, with a start date of July 1, 2024. Fellows choose one of three tracks: Electronic Health Record as a Resource for Research; National, Regional and Local Database Analytics; and Population Health Behavior Change. This fellowship aims to produce interdisciplinary researchers trained in team science and competency-based skills who can conceptualize research across the translational continuum from basic research through population health. Over the course of one year, postdocs develop and complete a population health research project within an existing research program and participate in didactic and hands-on training experiences on site at the University of Rochester. Qualifications: - Must be within 3 years of completing doctoral degree - Must have solid track record of research and publications, including at least 1 first- authored publication - Must be a US citizen or non-citizen national who has been lawfully admitted for permanent residency. - Foreign research components that involve travel or expenditures outside of the US and its territories are not permitted under this award.
