-You have prior experience as a data analyst or a content analyst with a focus in marketing, voice of customer, growth, support or a related area
-You have familiarity with content inventory and auditing tools
-You have deep experience and / or certifications with Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
-You have experience with a range of channel (e.g. email, social media) analytics and a range of marketing analytics and reporting tools (e.g. Siteimprove)
-You have familiarity with SEO tools
-You are familiar with gen AI tools and identifying appropriate use cases
-You have experience with implementing tags and using a tag manager
-You are familiar with voice of customer data and tools
-You possess familiarity with qualitative customer data, such as interviews or usability tests
-You are familiar with remote user experience testing data and tools
-You have experience with A/B and multivariate content testing
-You have excellent skills in writing summaries of insights for reports, email updates, and slide presentations
-You have experience with visualizing data in reports, dashboards, and presentations and using relevant tools to do so
-You have solid speaking skills to give clients brief updates, answer client questions about findings, and support client project presentations in partnership with other members of the Content Science team
-Experience using Siteimprove for content marketing performance is a big plus
-Experience using SQL to create data queries is a big plus
-Experience using Google Data Studio is a big plus
-Experience with ContentWRX is a big plus
-Certifications in analytics, SEO, or voice of customer tools is a big plus
-Training or certification in data visualization and use of tools such as Miro is a big plus
