| Position Description: |
Conduct program evaluations using CDC’s 6 step process, qualitative approaches such as focus groups and photovoice. Develop and implement logic models to assess program effectiveness and outcomes. Set up meetings with stakeholders for discussion. Analyze and interpret data to provide meaningful insights and recommendations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external partners to ensure the success of public health initiatives. Contribute to the design and management of data collection systems. Write very detailed evaluation plans and reports.

| Qualifications: |
Masters degree in Public Health or a related field. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in qualitative research. Boston resident for at least for 1 year. Fluent in Spanish and English Proven expertise in developing and applying logic models for program assessment. Excellent communication skills to interact with diverse audiences.

Tury Research Consulting, a dynamic research and consulting firm specializing in public health initiatives, is seeking a skilled and experienced Public Health Program Evaluator to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a key contributor, you will participate in two recently funded public health program evaluations. This is a one-year project. You should be a current Massachusetts resident, have reliable transport, and be willing to travel to program locations in Massachusetts. You will also participate in bid responses to federal and state Requests for Applications (RFAs). This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to impactful public health projects once our bids are successful.
