| Position Description: |
In this role your expertise will be instrumental in upholding operational excellence and supporting our healthcare professionals and public health systems. You'll be at the heart of ensuring that our critical systems, such as SalesForce and ILRS, remain the lifeline during emergencies and day-to-day operations, facilitating the delivery of vital health services to our communities. This position will involve collaborating closely with internal and external teams to tackle technical challenges and refine our systems. You'll spearhead projects aimed at enhancing governance, user experience, and overall efficiency, ensuring that our SalesForce platform remains at the forefront of delivering exceptional public health services. As the backbone of our technology infrastructure, you'll be responsible for maintaining the integrity and functionality of our systems, guaranteeing seamless integration with other essential applications. Your contributions directly impact community safety, particularly during challenging times like natural disasters or health crises.
Responsibilities: System Configuration and Administration: Independently configure and maintain SalesForce platform and ILRS system. Modify validation rules, workflows, and security settings. Automate business processes and deploy new releases. Provide user support, data management, and troubleshoot IT issues. Develop documentation and policies for system development. SalesForce Leadership and Support: Collaborate on governance plans and information architecture. Encourage user adoption and provide training and mentoring. Technical Leadership: Implement system upgrades. Ensure system availability and integration with new technologies. Research and recommend products for acquisition. Quality Assurance: Lead testing requirements gathering and develop test plans. Analyze system requirements and track testing results. Maintain automated test scripts and assist in troubleshooting.

| Qualifications: |
equired Qualifications and Experience: Your experience must have been gained from full-time equivalent professional work and may have been gained concurrently. Education, Training, and/or Experience in one or more of the following IT disciplines: Systems development, Application System Administration, Configuration Management, Systems/Server Management, Data Administration, Content Management System Administration as defined in options below: Option 1: Eight or more years of experience Option 2: Associate’s degree + six (6) or more years of experience Option 3: Bachelor’s degree + four (4) years of experience Experience performing the following functions: Implementing, managing, or configuring Commercial off the Shelf web-based applications. Creating various technical documents such as system diagrams, test cases, and user manuals. Explaining complex technical matters in simple terms for different audiences. Configuration/change management and data analysis.
