Qualifications:
· Master's degree in public health, epidemiology, biostatistics, or a related field.
· Demonstrated experience in designing and conducting evaluations of public health programs or interventions.
· Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative research methods, data analysis, and statistical software (e.g., SAS, SPSS, STATA, NVivo).
· Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to diverse stakeholders.
· Proven ability to work collaboratively in interdisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion in public health practice and research.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Knowledge of implementation science and behavior change principles and frameworks.
· Experience conducting mixed-methods evaluations.
· Familiarity with health equity frameworks and social determinants of health.
· Experience in government contracting.
· Knowledge about the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) clearance process.
· Experience mentoring and training others on evaluation methods.
