The Washington Collaboration Portal Administrator (MA4) position plays a pivotal role in spearheading the day-to-day operations of our collaborative virtual platform, WA Portal. As Administrator, you will implement strategic and operational plans, manage multi-partner engagement, and foster collaboration to drive impactful outcomes. This role involves developing and actualizing recommendations, supporting process improvement initiatives, and conducting in-depth research and analysis on virtual partner engagement resources and initiatives.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Serving as day-to-day administrator for the WA Portal - a complex and expansive virtual environment dedicated to facilitating partner engagement and collaboration. This will involve working across our agency’s divisions and directly with external partners to ensure aligned partner cooperation to drive systemic improvements and enhance health outcomes through effective partnership and collaboration. Working with Virtual Engagement Manager to determine priority projects and serving as a WA Portal consultant to the Office of Strategic Partnership’s (OSP’s) executive management and staff, as well as agencywide leaders and staff, as appropriate. Developing and implementing timelines, strategic, operational, and long-range project plans and activities, reports, and recommendations. Acting as WA Portal administrative advisor, analyzing and using metrics to provide actionable insights, develop strategies, and formulate recommendations to optimize the virtual resource, workflows, and partnership and collaboration outcomes. Using process improvement methodologies specifically tailored to virtual engagement projects to facilitate the collection, analysis, and dissemination of critical information, thereby driving decision-making processes and strategic planning efforts. Proactively seeking opportunities to engage new partners and maintain effective ongoing relationships with existing partners in representing WA Portal, OSP, and Department of Health (DOH).

Qualifications:

Essential Requirements & Qualifications

Note: Experience defined below may have been gained through paid or unpaid activities. Please ensure any relevant experience defined below is outlined in your cover letter, resume, and/or applicant profile.

Option 1: Four (4) or more years of experience developing communications, partner engagement plans, or guidance in a health services program, public health, or other public service or business setting.

Option 2: A bachelor’s degree or higher in communications, public health, health care administration, public or business administration, or a related field; AND three (3) or more years of experience developing communications in a health services program, public health, business, or another similar setting.

AND (for BOTH of the above options) the following:

One (1) or more years of experience with virtual content development and user experience. Experience effectively working with a content management system such as Drupal.
