Position Description: The purpose of this role is to implement the Alzheimer’s Association’s program delivery and growth strategy to reach more people with volunteer-delivered programs, especially in new, underrepresented and rural communities. The Manager is responsible for identifying, recruiting, engaging and growing volunteers and community partners while meeting Association best practices to achieve growth goals and benchmarks. This position requires frequent travel throughout Philadelphia and Delaware counties.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience; Three years of experience in program, volunteer and/or team management. Experience in community health and community volunteer mobilization a plus
