Position Description: |
The Salesforce Project Coordinator/DevOps Engineer position will be responsible for management of the Epidemiology and Laboratory Capacity for Prevention and Control of Emerging Infectious Diseases (ELC) Program’s Cooperative Agreement Management Platform, or ‘CAMP’ (a Salesforce platform). Specifically, this position will:
Track and communicate planned releases and migrations for all Salesforce/CAMP applications to stakeholders within and outside of the organization.
Facilitate coordination and decision-making among Product Owners and actively participate in a governing structure for CAMP.
Provide and maintain environments per environment strategy.
Maintain automated continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools including version control system and deployment pipeline.
Establish testing automation to ensure cross- organizational updates have no unanticipated impacts on ELC CAMP shared objects.
Support processes and develop documentation for IT Governance and Security needs.
Address bugs in the system and engage with external partners for assistance when necessary.

Qualifications: |
Advanced Admin; Platform App Builder; OmniStudio Developer; Platform Developer I & II; User Experience (UX) Designer. Additionally, a qualified candidate must also demonstrate:
Experience on or working with scrum teams across a Salesforce environment during development and deployment.
Experience with OmniStudio (Einstein Automate). Including FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptor for data manipulation, and use of Integraion Procedures to retrieve and transform data from Salesforce and/or external systems.
Experience in conducting design reviews, proactively identifies technical issues that require collaborative decision-making, and works with Product Owners to resolve conflicts and dependencies.
