Position Description: Responsible for coordinating administrative and operational activities for multiple Institute on Digital Health and Innovation (IDHI) clinical/research studies. Works to develop, upload, schedule and manage study content, as well as supports study planning (i.e., creating study tools and documentation), implementation, enrollment and retention of study participants.

Responsible for working with internal and external teams to support the technology product development life cycle, assisting in the configuration of app data, quality assurance testing, reporting bugs, and other activities as assigned.

Responsible for supporting study-related communication between research staff and study participants, as well as care navigation to study participants. Additionally responsible for study-related communication between research staff and collaborators, coordinating and scheduling study team meetings, and facilitating other administrative activities for IDHI studies as assigned.

Qualifications: Possesses strong prioritization, organization, and time management skills. Strong adherence to project/internal timelines and considers any bottlenecks to ensure deliverables. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with internal and external partners to ensure deliverables are completed on time. Has strong attention to detail and shows thoroughness in their work. Candidate demonstrates proactivity, ensuring that they can plan what needs to get done and attempts to mitigate challenges independently. Ability to translate research principles, study-related related strategies, and results to diverse community partners and internal staff. Ability to follow established guidelines for assessing compliance with protocols and manuals of operational procedures. Ability to maintain professional ethics while consistently exercising discretion and confidentiality. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Proficiency in technology-related communication, including some basic knowledge of social media, smartphone apps, and SMS texting. Interest in the development and evaluation of technology-based interventions (e.g., the use of smartphone) to improve health and wellness. Prior experience working on research studies and/or in the technology field. Prior experience managing recruitment/retention strategies and interest in working with the target populations. Knowledge of tools such as SQL, REDCap. Fluency in Spanish (reading and writing).

The mission of IDHI is to advance digital health science, technologies, and tools focused on solving real world needs of patients, providers, and populations through research, training, and innovation to maximize health and eliminate health inequities.
