Position Description: The Department of Epidemiology and Biostatistics at the University of Georgia (UGA) seeks a Postdoctoral Associate to work on Quantitative Epidemiology, Modeling, Biostatistics, and Analytics of Health Science.

Qualifications: Candidates are expected to have a PhD in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; candidates with an equivalent terminal degree (e.g. MD, DSc, DrPH) will also be considered. Candidates should be working in an area related to Quantitative Epidemiology, biostatistics, data analytics, machine learning, AI, or mathematical and computational modeling of health data. The ideal individual will have a strong history in coding in R, MATLAB, and/or Python, statistical or machine learning analysis and methods development. Candidates should also demonstrate a track record or the promise of excellence during the doctoral training.
